On Monday July 13, 2009 my car died. I called AAA for a tow.
Mr. Cruz was very courteous and patient. I have been dealing with AAA Road Services for years and when some drivers arrive they make you feel as if you are a problem. Bad attitudes. I was already traumatized so I am happy you had someone with the experience, social skills, and patients as Mr. Cruz. Mr. Cruz took great care in the towing of my vehicle. I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED!
